14-day period
You can request a refund of the full amount paid within 14 days of the purchase date, with no reasons needed. The period applies even if you have already downloaded or activated the game.
How to request a refund
- Write to reklamace@alexandersoft.net from the e-mail address you used for the purchase.
- Include the order number from your Paddle receipt.
- You can also submit the request through Paddle’s buyer support (paddle.net).
How we refund
Paddle refunds the money by the same method you paid with, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the request. The tax is refunded together with the price. After the refund the licence key stops working and you may no longer use the game.
After 14 days
If the game has a defect, we fix it for free; see the terms of sale, section Defects and complaints. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
