1. Who is who
The author and licensor of the game ČlovíčekHD is Jiří Kubeš (the “author”), an individual who runs the website alexandersoft.net and the game studio AlexanderSoft. We do not publish the author’s address here; you can reach us by e-mail at obchod@alexandersoft.net.
Sales and payment are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, paddle.com). Paddle is the reseller and merchant of record: it enters into the sales contract with you, takes your payment, calculates and remits taxes (including VAT) and issues your receipt. Details of Paddle are on its website and on your receipt.
Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
2. What we sell
We sell a licence to use the PC game ČlovíčekHD – Episode I in digital form: a download and a licence key. The Home licence costs 249 CZK / €9.99 and is for one individual, for private, non-commercial use on one device. It is permanent for the purchased version of the game. The Commercial licence costs 999 CZK / €39.99 per device, is for businesses, companies, schools, institutions and any professional or commercial use, and is permanent with no time limit.
Paddle shows you the final price in your currency, the tax and the total before you pay. The current offer is on the Products and prices page.

3. Ordering and payment
You complete your order in the Paddle checkout, which shows the available payment methods. The sales contract is concluded when Paddle confirms your order. You receive your receipt by e-mail.
4. Delivery
We deliver the game electronically: you receive a download link and a licence key by e-mail without undue delay after payment, at the latest within 3 working days. If the key does not arrive, write to obchod@alexandersoft.net.
5. Licence
- The licence is non-exclusive, not transferable to another person, and valid for one device and the purchased version of the game.
- You may not distribute, rent, resell or modify the game, or circumvent its protection and licence check.
- Bug-fix updates of the same version are free. A new major version may require a new licence.
- If you replace your device, we will issue a new key for the new device on request.
6. Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of purchase, no reasons needed. Details are in the refund policy.
7. Defects and complaints
We fix every reported bug and release the fixed version for free. Send defects and complaints to reklamace@alexandersoft.net; we resolve them within 30 days. Your statutory consumer rights regarding defective digital content are not affected.
8. Content created with AI assistance
We use artificial-intelligence tools to create our products. We therefore label them “Created with AI assistance”.
9. Copyright and liability
The game is a work protected by copyright. The licence does not give you ownership of the game or any copyright. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the game; liability that cannot be excluded is not affected.
10. Disputes and governing law
We try to resolve disputes by agreement. A consumer may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.gov.cz), which is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The contract is governed by Czech law; this does not deprive a consumer of the protection of the law of their country of residence.
11. Personal data and changes
We handle personal data under the privacy policy. We may change these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to your purchase.
