Visiting the website
The website runs on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which may record a visitor’s IP address for security reasons. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies and without tracking individual visitors. The website uses no cookies or advertising tools.
Purchases
Payment is taken and processed by Paddle, the merchant of record and, for payment data, an independent controller. We never see your card details. See Paddle’s privacy policy for details.
From Paddle we receive only the data needed to issue the licence and give support: your e-mail address, country, order number and the product bought, to the extent Paddle passes them on. The legal basis is performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in keeping licence records and providing support.
Messages and forms
When you write to info@, obchod@ or reklamace@, we use your e-mail address only to reply. Data from the website forms (beta test interest, enquiry) is described in the legal information.
The game
The game does not collect players’ personal data and stores progress only on your device. When you request a licence code, the game creates a request code: a one-way hash of technical device identifiers from which the actual values cannot be recovered. It is used only to bind the licence to the device.
Retention and transfers
We keep licence and support data for as long as the licence is valid and as long as we need to handle complaints; Paddle keeps accounting records for the period required by law. Paddle is based in the United Kingdom and Cloudflare in the USA; transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or the EU–US data privacy framework.
Children
A parent or another adult should make the purchase. We do not collect children’s personal data.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification and erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Contact us at info@alexandersoft.net. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
